Even if the other person had a fiance, if they fell in love with you and broke off the engagement...
As a woman, she didn't mean to blame her for thinking that way.
Well, it's not exactly praiseworthy to challenge a man who was engaged, but if she still fought fair and square, that was also the path of a woman.
As for Lorenz and Loterica's engagement, the affair had nothing to do with it.

So, all that was needed was for the two families to negotiate the dissolution of the engagement and for Loterica to receive some compensation to prove that she had not been at fault.

Her excellent judgment, combined with her impressive ability to protect herself by leaving all of the false accusations and slander against Loterica to Lorenz and not mentioning any specific details to anyone other than Lorenz, earned her the respect and esteem of Mitsuha, Micheline, and the other members of Society.
Because of this, she was not treated with any particular hostility by the members of the Society, and after the heat died down, she resumed her search for a husband as normal. Her crisis management skills, which had enabled her to overcome a difficult situation so brilliantly, were highly praised, and she began to receive marriage proposals from lower-ranking nobles who were on somewhat risky paths, but this was a story for another time.
Mitsuha's Perpective
"Mitsuha-san, you have received letters from noble girls who are not members of Society. They are all almost the same, and there are eight in total..." (Micchan)
When I went to Micchan's house, that was the first thing she said to me as soon as we met.
Well, it looks like she's recovered.
...No, when Micchan remembers after that party, she was enthusiastic and delivering her lines like a stage actress, and her face was bright red with embarrassment...
When she got home, she rolled around on her bed in her room.
Then, after rolling around for a while, she noticed me looking at her and said, "Why are you here?!!" and threw a pillow at me.
No, you were so red that I was worried and so I stayed by your side.
I guessed her head was so saturated with shame that she forgot about it and rolled around...

"What is it about?" (Mitsuha)
"'My engagement has been broken off. Please help me.' That's what it means..." (Micchan)

"That's definitely a fake engagement cancellation to get her to join the Society!" (Mitsuha)
"I guess so..." (Micchan)
Micchan, of course, seemed to understand that much.
Micchan was a smart girl, that's for sure.
And naturally, my response was...
"...I don't know though... Rejected! Rejected!!" (Mitsuha)
Author's Note
I will be taking two weeks off for summer vacation, next week and the week after.
In the meantime, I've been writing manuscripts to be updated the week after the holidays and working on publishing the book...
I think I can take a break for a few days, so I'll continue reading other people's Narou novels... (^^;
