Mile didn't seem to understand the meaning of Marcella's sudden words and she replied honestly.
"That's the name of this clan!" (Macella)

The others in Wonder Trio didn't seem to understand very well, but they had heard the story of "Son of Light" as well as the tale of "The white flag is the ultimate declaration of war, annihilating every last soul from the face of the earth" many times from Mile's Japanese Stories, so it was obvious to the three in Crimson Vow that Mile was just playing a prank.
And Reina was particular about things like party names. She made it her life's goal to have the name Crimson Lightning go down in history, she named her party Crimson Vow, and she named the noble family she was the founder and first head of Red Lightning. So it seemed she was a little annoyed at Mile messing around with the clan name.

Of course, Mile and her party know that. After all, they also started out at F-rank...

That's right.
